Hailing from humble beginnings, Lindsay Menguita grew up in Cainta, Rizal in the Philippines. Born with a passion to help others, Lindsay had always known that her dream career was one that would allow her to help those around her.
Graduating from Colegio de San Juan de Letran with a Bachelor of Science (Economics), Lindsay embarked on her first job with the ICT Group – a multinational company and leading provider of business process outsourcing services. During her time at ICT Group, Lindsay maintained her responsibilities as the Lead Trainer. Within this role, she was responsible for ensuring that the quality of service and the corporation’s knowledge, values and principles were expertly transferred over to hear teams.
Serving two years at ICT Group, Lindsay moved on to the next stage of her career and joined Chevron; one of the world’s leading multinational conglomerates. In her first two years, Lindsay worked as a Consumer Connection Specialist where her responsibilities revolved around resolving client inquiries and issues. In her third year at Chevron, Lindsay moved on to a Retail Advocate position. Within this new role, Lindsay was charged with supporting Chevron’s North American retail partners as well as supervising their day to day business operations; ensuring that their KPIs and milestones were met. In her final and fifth year with Chevron, Lindsay was promoted once more to Customer Advocate within the Aviation Commercial Product sector.
Her five years completed with Chevron, Lindsay recognised it was time to diversify her career path and made a decision to move to Australia. Spending her first couple of years in Sydney, Lindsay started working within the Hospitality industry. Moving over to Adelaide over a year later, Lindsay retained a job within the same industry; this time working for Adina Apartments while continuing her Master’s degree in Accounting.
Early 2016, Lindsay had joined Accodex as our Chief Learning Officer. As head of her own function, Lindsay’s role is concerned with establishing the necessary training materials and information to ensure that each member of Accodex can confidently reflect the values, vision and quality of work with which we pride ourselves.
